Commander's Message

Thanks for visiting our website. I would like to extend an invitation for you to join both USSVI and your local base. Even if you have not qualified in submarines, you can become an associate member.

In addition to regular base meetings, our six NC Subvet Bases have quarterly meetings in different parts of the state. This allows the various areas to get together with other Subvets in the state and is a tradition that was started by the WWII Subvets Tarheel Chapter. These gatherings are posted on our website and you are welcome to visit any of the events to see what we are all about.

We participate in several parades with our floats throughout the state, which are also posted on our website. You could possible see yourself at one of them someday.
